My background is I just love food! Boom, pretty straight forward right?! On a serious note, I do not have professional training in the culinary arts just yet. I have been dabbing with recipes online and creating some of my own internally (in my head). Having an open-mind on all dishes is a characteristic I have. There is not a single dish I discriminate on. I believe every dish deserves a chance in my mouth. Appreciation for food is something I hold to a high standard ever since I was little kid. Dissecting the dish by analyzing the ingredients and trying to identify them has always been a challenge I’ve never turned down.
